Less fuss, more glow: the Way Better SKINCARE

The brand

Way Better is a skincare brand built on a simple but powerful insight: most skin problems are caused not only by what we put on our skin, but also by how we care for it afterwards. Traditional towels often harbour bacteria and irritate the skin, leading to imperfections. Way Better started with a revolutionary alternative – biodegradable facial tissues designed for hygienic, everyday use. From this foundation, the brand expanded into a line of skincare products with minimal, conscious formulations that celebrate hygiene, awareness and simplicity in self-care.

The strategy

Our task was to create a brand world that feels fresh, minimal and trustworthy – yet aspirational. We positioned Way Better as a disruptor in the crowded skincare market, introducing a new category where hygiene meets beauty. The strategy was to emphasise simplicity as luxury: clean compositions, calm colour palettes, tactile packaging and clear, educational messaging.

Visually, we aimed to merge two worlds that might seem opposed – natural softness and laboratory hygiene. By balancing organic textures with clinical clarity, we created an identity that feels both intimate and scientifically credible. Every brand touchpoint – from product naming to visual identity and tone of voice – was designed to reflect a ritual of conscious care.

The outcome

The result is a holistic brand system that elevates everyday skincare into a refined experience. The identity combines a soft yet confident typographic language with subdued natural tones, highlighting purity and scientific credibility. Packaging uses embossed details and raw paper textures to underline tactility and eco-consciousness. Campaign visuals focus on skin close-ups, intimate gestures and light that conveys clarity and glow. Way Better launched with strong multi-channel visibility – from digital platforms and e-commerce to outdoor campaigns and pop-up stores – delivering a consistent narrative: less fuss, more glow.
