The Gallery
The gallery was founded in 2018 by Jakub Fijewski and operates in cities such as Warsaw, Konstancin, Zurich, and Miami. In recent years, it has attracted over 14,000 art enthusiasts to its events, becoming a significant private cultural institution. The gallery features works by artists such as Michał Jackowski, Joanna Sierko-Filipowska, Natalia LL, Daniel del Rosal Garcia, Jan de Weryha-Wysoczański, Robert Bluj, Magdalena Abakanowicz, Bolesław Ryziński, and many others.
Problem
In the dynamic art market, the Fijewski Gallery faced challenges due to an undefined, fragmented brand and limited online presentation capabilities. Its growth was hindered by a lack of cohesive brand communication, vision, and potential, as well as inefficient processes that couldn't keep up with the increasing market demands and the needs of a small team.
Solution
The priority became the creation of a strong, cohesive brand that accurately reflects the gallery's character and aspirations, strengthening its position in both the Polish and international markets. Given the rising competition and growing audience expectations, it was essential to implement solutions for presenting the gallery's assets online. This opened the gallery to a new, broader audience and enabled interaction with artworks in a modern, accessible way. Automating processes and introducing efficient management tools optimized the small gallery team's work, enhancing operational efficiency while increasing its reach and impact.
